I'm kinda new to this computer stuff, but I've been riding for about 23 yrs. Since I was a kid I always wanted a Harley but an 18 year old don't make much money so I joined the army to get the money for a ride.

My first chance at leave I bought a 78 shovel FLH. Cut the frame and welded on a hardtail kit. I paid $1800.00 for that bike and rode it 10 years. It was the only transportation I had for four of those years.

So these guys that say that they can't own a bike cause they can't afford it just aren't dedicated enough. They can scrape and build a basket case if they have too. Anyway, thats another story. I finaly got the chance to own a new Evo about two years ago and I have to say that I love that bike ( yes I still miss the Shovelhead ).
