Big Wazoo's '72 FLH

Big Wazoo's '72 FLH

1972 FLH Kick - Electric Start 86 c. i.
Motor by Earl Burley of American Performance
Paint (with Ghost Flames) by Bobby Rocco
This FLH is dedicated to my lost brothers, who are inscripted on the tank divider.

And I suppose that I should add that it is also dual plugged, SS Carbed, motor blueprinted and balanced , sealed primary, Compufire electric ignition system, and finally a o-ring chain. It cruises excellent at 65, and has plenty leftover for passing. I was on my way to the Four Corners Run last year, when I had to pull up in Needles Ca. and have my brother Richard come get me, as the motor puked out 3 quarts of oil the last mile into Needles, after I got home, I tore the motor down and pulled the front jug off, and the piston fell out in three pieces, no telling how long the bike was that way, (that was the source of the mystery sound for about 1,000 previous miles), just goes to show how well Harleys are built, after that I had Earl Burley rebuild the motor to his specs and my riding style. Earl races sporty's at the dragstrips across the USA, some of you people who visit 4 speeds site may recognize his name. Earl is the best motor builder in this area. The painter said I needed to get rid of the previous paint job ( a hideous pumkin orange puke brownish red yuck) so I let him him talk me into it. I don't know the spec's on the paint but all I know is I like it.
